[bmw] 1996 328is heater fan speed problems follow-up

A follow-up to my fan speed problems on my 328is.  The
following day the display started blanking and the system
would turn on and off at will.  Did some surfing on the web
for climate control problems and found the following site
that seemed to describe my problem.  Performed the fix to
replace a capacitor on a circuit board on the climate
control panel per the directions in the link below.

It took about an hour to remove unit, replace capacitor and
re-install unit back in the car.  All seems to work well
now.  If the $0.99 fix holds then it beats, replacing the
unit at $240 plus.  Also, the intake for the temp sensor fan
was completely clogged with lint.  Regular cleaning would
probably be a good idea.  Sure make temperature regulation
better.
