I normally roll my rear window up before I put my top down as I have 3
point rear seat belts fitted and if I just have it unzipped I find that
the belts cause the top to crumple up. I prefer to roll rather than
leave it zipped in place as this prevents the crease marks.

I do however put the top up when I put the car back into the garage,
even if it is not anchored to prevent the rear window from being rolled
up for too long. I know that this adds a bit of time to the procedure
but hopefully it will extend the life of it!
