re: Steering related knock
Thanks for all the advice on solving the above problem. On removing the
grommet on the l.h. strut, I found corrosion which looks like it has gone
into the bearing. The r.h. strut is as good as new. A teaspoon of oil has
been added........ Once again, the list shows how experience can be shared
to achieve our common aim - to keep these beautiful cars alive and well.
