Re: Interesting Stags

Mike,

I think we're all agreed on the numbers surviving though
I hadn't heard about the scrapped one before.

I've recently been reminded that the automatic 4WD Stag
is now owned by Russell Lewis, an SOC committee
member and Chairman of SOCTFL, the SOC Tooling
Fund Ltd.

I assume therefore that Adrian Planterose is "your" member.
Perhaps you can ask him if he's interested in the Specs.
I have, as described in my mail of 7th January.

Hi All

There are actually 2 (two) surviving 4 wheel drive Stags, one a member of
this club. There was a third which was the prototype, but I understand it
was either scrapped after a serious accident during testing at MIRA, or may
possibly have been reverted to standard but nobody seems to really know.
This prototype had all-mechanical power transfer.
