I'm not sure that your oil pressure problem sounds like a worn
engine to me. Have you checked your oil level lately? It almost
sounds as if, when you accelerate or go up a hill, the oil collects
in the rear of the sump and the engine might then have a
problem getting enough oil to feed the pump / engine. Is it
possible that your oil pickup in the sump is not correct?
