I agree with John's response. You may want to look at a driver so you
know what you are getting.

 I bought my '73 Stag 'sight unseen', on the recommendation of a car
dealer friend of mine. $2,500 sounded cheap. Needless to say his
impression of an 8 on a scale to 10 differs largely from mine. I have
invested/spent  over 4 times the purchase price on my car so far and it's
still not on the road. (Complete engine, suspension, brake rebuild and
bare metal repaint) . My car was also very sound with no rust anywhere
and had a good original interior. Also, I wouldn't buy without at least
checking to see that it has an original Stag motor.
