Irritating habit ofthe wheel trimst orattle, isn't it!  They nearly all do
but it is simple to stop permanently.

Try Loctite Studlock.  The 'nuts' should not be very loose or it won't work
as Loctite depends on no air being present, to set.  

Just make sure the metal is clean and dry, then place 2 drops on the inner
face of the nuts and give a quick turn.  The Loctite should go down the gap
and form a tight joint.
