Gents,

It's data base, not spread sheet, a much more convoluted project.  And
yes, if I work from the same program as does Mike, it would be easy to
relate one to the other.  

Mike, I would very much like to see a blank page with the fields, but as
I don't have Access on the same PC (actually Mac) that I normally use to
read my e-mail, would you please paste it into the body of an e-mail, as
opposed to attatching it?

And theft reports will be a PRIME utility.
