Well it covers things like sub suppliers performances and customer complaints.
So if Barratt were receiving any customer complaints from the quality of the
products they sold they would by rights have to do something about it.  I
don't think it would be right to say it does not have anything to do with the
quality of the merchandise they sell.  Anyway they did a heavy advertising
campaign on the back of their accreditation so I guess they believe it should
reflect the quality of their products.

I do agree that it is a shame that they have given up as I did have good
service from them.
