Hi,
I've got to get the windscreen out of my USA '73 Stag to attack some
rust (curiously the only rust on the car is on the windscreen frame). I
gather that you push the little chrome clips at the top and bottom to
one side and work the trim off with a screwdriver but before I bugger it
up I'd like to know if there's any trick to it.
The left rear wing looks like it took a pretty good hit and was patched
up with bondo. I need to replace the entire wing from the door frame
back along with the support braceing in the boot on that side.
1. Can I get this thing off without messing up something else?
2. Are NOS wings available? If not is the wing from a USA '71 or '72 an
exact match? There are four '71 or '72 stags being parted out in HMN.
Thanks,
Charles
