This is just where NOT to jack !
To raise the rear of the car either
1. Place a piece of wood under the rear edge of the rear floor pan ie rear
heal board preferably with a 3/4" hole in the wood to locate on the subframe
tie bolt.
2. Cup of trolley jack under rear edge of the differential casing
Jacking in the position mentioned is very likely to damage the subframe and in
particular the diff nose extension. Suggest you find a more knowledgeable
garage !
