Did you follow instructions?  Sorry to ask that, but everyone I've talked to
who didn't like it didn't put it on right.  (IE, they put it on a wet
windshield etc).

You have to clean the windshield and dry it completely.  Then you apply a
layer of rain-x.  Wait for it to dry and fog up some and apply another
layer.  Wait for that to dry and buff it until the glass is crystal clear.
I think it may also be a bad idea to do this in the sun, but I've always
done it in the shade so I don't know if the sun would make it worse.

It's always dramatically improved wiper performance for me ;)
