Connecting rod bolts need to be replaced.  When you torque them, they are near or just over the elastic limit and can't be used twice.  There's a name for doing this but I can't remember what it is.  Greg H. or John S. will know.
 
Worst part is the price of the conrod bolts.  I remember the cost taking my breath away.
