adapter: T18/T19->Jeepdana300/Atlas - anyone have one

Has anyone purchased/installed this adapter: www.garlic.com/~junmike/ ?? I 
emailed about it, and it replaces the rear shaft of the transmission and
adds about 2.5" of drivetrain length (the adapter is 3.5" long, but it 
replaces the stock IH adapter for a net increase of 2.5"). It runs $445. 
Just want to find out how easy it is to install, how well it fits, how 
well made, etc.
