Glasspacks-VS-Turbo debate:

Hi all:

Back in my high school days (not too long ago for that matter) Straight
pipes is all I ever had on anything..I have run both glasspacks and turbos
and I prefer glasspacks.   I have found that the Cherry Bomb brand of
mufflers are absolute junk..I have had the best luck running Thrush muffles
when it came to glasspacks.   I like the sound of glasspacks after they burn
out.   The only thing about glasspacs I dont like is how they tend to
vibrate the whole vehicles at times.

About IHC alternative fueled vehicles...In the 40's and on IH offered LPG as
an option on their medium duty trucks...I have seen alot of L-series medium
and heavy duty trucks with LPG option.
