Alot  of towns out this way, southern NY state have the same rules.  When we
went looking for property to build our house on 4 years ago, it was tough to
find a place that would allow trucks, or trailers in the driveways.  They also
did not allow any vehicles that were unregistered on your property.  I had the
same problem in the old place with unregistered vehicles.  The town would give
you 2 warning tickets, and then they had the option of towing the vehicle away,
for scrap.

I had a buddy that a;most lost a 68 Chevelle that way.  I had to rent a garage
down the street for my 1934 Plymouth.

Towns and villages are cracking down on stuff in peoples yards.  I have a buddy
in upstate NY with a landscaping business.  He had to put up a large 4 car
garage for his trucks and trailers, as the town allowed no trucks in the yard.
