Humor: Save a Scout Foundation 

All around to world I have traveled, even through the most impoverished
areas to find some of the most morbid children of them all. The Scout. 

Their bodies are riddled with cancer, u-joints are deteriorating, gears
are all worn out... their hearts are faint due to bad valve seats. Some
of them do not know what it feels like to have an oil change... they are
stricken with grime and sludge resting in their pans. They have to
struggle to breathe upstream because their exhaust escapes through
voidsbefore ever reaching the tailpipe. It is unbelievable, in a world
like this with all of its technology, how this can going on. How some
people can stand aside and just watch this happen to these poor children.
If there is only something we can to to help. There must be something...

help these poor children.  Through your loving care and money, you can
help these children heal from their ailments to go on and live better
lives. You might think that it would cost a fortune to help just one of
these poor defenseless children, but with everyone coming together, all
it takes is five dollars a day... the price of a small soft-drink at the
movie theater. Your five dollars will provide the much needed care to
these children. They will get the nurishing high octane gasoline, instead
of sipping from the watered down well they call a gas station across the
state line. A regular oil change ever three thousand miles. Children who
are suffering from cancer will be able to get the life saving procedure
done called fiberglasstosomy. Gears and joints will be carefully replaced
and to within tolerances to prevent any more pain later on in life. The
faint hearted ones will be able to get either recons!
tructive surgery or an all out transplant from a worthy vehicle depending
on severity.

You might ask "Well, how do I know that my money is being used the
correct way and really helping these poor children?" Well thats a good
question that has a simple answer. When you begin your series of
donations, you will be assigned to a specific child. With your very first
donation, you will be sent a picture of your child in its present
condition. As time and money go on, you will be sent progress reports
about your child along with a picture so that you can physically see the
results.  When the child is feeling strong again they will send you
cassette tapes of their beautiful harmonious sounds.

Right now you are probably asking yourself "Self, whats in it for me?"
Well if you own a business this could mean a huge tax write-off,
advertisement and respect. Others will be proud to know that you are
donating to a very worthy cause. Home owners can also use it as a tax
write-off. Why give to the government when you can give to an
organization that will put your money to real use instead of wasting it.
Most important, by donating to the Save a Scout Foundation, you should
feel proud that you are doing something to help these poor children. Its
your loving help that really brings this organization together. There are
not that many people out there who have the warmth that you do towards
