Re: Holley model #, and backfiring thru carb
Howard,
It may be that the carb is spitting back and not backfiring, as
there's not a big bang when it happens, but I can hear what sounds
like some sort of pressure event exiting the carb. Of course, it
also feels like it wants to instantly die on me until I ease off to
let it recover. After recovering, it feels like a plug has gotten
fouled (I'm very familiar with that feeling), but a mash on the
throttle with no load clears it.
