Matt,
  Look in the yellow pages under "Auto performance, Race & Sport-Equip". 
At least that's the way they're listed in the Seattle book.  Shops where
hot rodders, street rodders, racers buy parts.

 These shops don't usually specialize in 4x4 stuff, but still have quite a
few parts for conversions and upgrades.  Steering parts, brake parts, roll
cage kits, etc,  in addition to engine stuff.
