I have wheeled (search and rescue) with a 1966 long wheel base Rover a few times.
My Stock 77 SS II will *smoke* the Rover on pavement but once we hit the dirt, rocks, hard stuff I am hard pressed to follow (in the Scout) that low geared beauty.
I would love to have one for off pavement use but would be very frustrated with any commute longer than 10 miles.
