1939 D-30 rear end.....

Hi all,

I have a friend who has restored a 1939 D-30,
but he feels that it's WAY to slow as it will
only make 30-35 MPH - the 35 is down hill....

He wants to change the rear end ratio to
5.28 : 1 and needs a 37 tooth Ring Gear
and a 7 tooth Pinion Gear to do it.

Any help is greatly appreciated as he's
not connected on-line.
