I can't say that the KandN helped high end all that much, but; as far as
filtering goes... I've been spending alot of time in the woods lately
here in Jersey and it hasn't rained really good in about two months,
(Hope for a good two-three days worth before the Scoutin the Pinelands
weekend, though) and it is so dry and sooo dusty. I checked the filter
last week and it is completely unnoticeable that I've been playing in
the sand.

I hope I'm not asking too many questions here, but once I started working on
this truck, questions start piling up.
Anyone know of a vendor for reasonably-priced door panels? I talked to Super
Scouts, who told me to look elsewhere, possibly an upholstery place. My
doors' are beat up, with different speaker holes I'd love to cover up.
I've seen 4400 listed as the max rpm for a 345, which leaves me running at
60-65 MPH. Is this accurate? Are the valve springs in trouble at higher
revs? I'd love more high end, but don't want to shelf the truck to put in a
new cam. Anyone have good results with those K & N filters?
Does anyone else have what looks to be a factory alarm on their Scout II? I
have a cylinder-type lock on my driver's side front fender that's attached to
an alarm. I have no key for this and wonder if it's worth the trouble to re-
wire to the cab.
