Lipsuction Bumpers.. How to?

Hey All,

I hate the way the front bumpers stick out, and living in Canada, with the
car originally from here, it is mostly Euro, with rear headrests, rear
sunshades and other things, but those bumpers have to go.  How do I get them
hugging the body a bit more??  I have a nice mig welder for hobby projects
and such if that is needed..

Any pointers?
