E46/M3 Front License Plate Frame

I will be taking European Delivery on a new M3 next month.  It looks
like it will come with the German temporary front license plate and
frame.  Does anybody know if, when removed, there will be any exposed
bolt holes?  I know that the only mounting holes on a car with no plate
installed can only be found on the bottom of the bumper fascia.  I guess
the question is whether holes are added to the front where they'd show
if exposed.
