Does anyone know how to disable the mechanism that prevents the
convertible top from moving while the car is in motion?  Just imagine
being in the far left lane of the freeway in bumper-to-bumper traffic
when a sudden rain shower hits.  I've considered possible wind damage to
the top and the safety aspect, but I'm talking about very low speeds. 
Unfortunately, sitting completely still and blocking traffic for the
entire time that it takes to raise the top is considered grounds for
justifiable homicide here in Houston.
