Sluggish start

A quick story; Last week I changed the oil, started the car and the oil 
light would not go off. I thought what did I do during a simple oil change 
to make the light stay on. It turns out that the oil sender went out the 
same time that I changed the oil.
Think beyond what could have happened during your filter change. Check the 
ground connections. Maybe have the starter checked.
