FS: 97 M3 (sorry for WOB)

Last night I brought home a 528i with the "M" suspension option and fell in
love.   Unfortunately, I can't get it and keep the M3.   Anyone interested
in the following?   Located in NC, USA.

97 M3 coupe, 17K miles
new tires (by next week sometime)
of course it's a 5-speed
Luxury package  (better grade of leather, leather on the doors, wood dash,
shifter, hand brake, door pulls, fat five spoke wheels (super easy to
clean!), different grill (no mesh), power seats, OBC, Cruise, arm rest)
Silver with Mulberry leather int (sorta grey)
Fold-down rear seats
Every option I could get:  Sunroof, spoiler/wing, heated seats, HK stereo
upgrade, CD changer, something else that I've forgotten.
Adult driven and owned, no track time (darn it!)
Totally stock except for K&N air filter
Floor mats (don't laugh, they were expensive)

Any suggestions?   I would like to get 38K out of it.   So, I'll offer it
for 39,500 and we can negotiate.   Oh, and I changed the oil a few times,
and it was carefully broken in, if you care about those things.   New in
July, 97 (so 2 1/2 years remain on warranty).
