Flat tire with no leak ??!?

Hi All

When i drove of this morning, after performing a (visual) check on my tires,
as i allways do-> nothing noticable, after 5 - 10 minutes driving: you
guessed: a complete flat tire.
I went to a garage with this tire, and they put 3 bar pressure on it and
sunk it in a bath with water: no airbobbles whatsoever!!
Even waiting for 4 hours did not decrease the pressure noticable.
How can this?
Can i trust the tire?
