Since I have no life I went to find what "stink eye" meant.  Here's what
I found

STINK EYE:mean, hard or dirty look

Stink Eye: to look at someone from the corner of your eye in an
unpleasant manner

Stink Eye:A dirty look. A look often seen coming from uptight women due
to a rude comment or friendly gesture. 
Example: "All I did was say hi and she shot me stink eye." 

And last but not least.  I think the most likely candidate is:

Stinkeye: (rhymes with "Pink-eye") plays and sings music from famous
beer-brewing countries of the world, as well as music from other
countries, such as Canada, Finland and the USA. Our emphasis is on
lively and gnarly tunes from ethnically diverse areas, from northern
Mexico to the Ukraine. Of course this includes lots of energetic Irish
music.

Maybe this will clear things up for you: the "fish
eye" and "hairy eyeball" are the same thing that
Hawaiians refer to as the "stink eye." Hope this
helps.
