administrivia: mailing list reachability from gte.net

according to my mail logs, some mail relays at gte.net have been placed on
the realtime blackhole list (rbl); the mailer on krusty (aka digest.net) is
programed to automatically honor the rbl, and so anyone sending via these
relays will be unable to reach krusty/digest.net until the gte.net mail
relays are taken off the rbl. any affected persons will still be able to
receive the digest.

if you are at one of the affected hosts, then to send email to the digest,
you can send via the old list address at wizvax.net; i can be contacted via
my old email address of rwelty@domain.elided if you need to communicate with me.

this state of affairs will remain until the mail admins at gte.net correct
the problem (which is certainly spam related) that got them on the rbl in
the first place. it isn't something for me to fix; i will not turn off the
rbl feature in the krusty mailer, as it is too valuble a spam fighting tool
to give up.
