<E36> Best Tires?

Hi..I know that this subject must be listed often, but since I bought 
my 93 325is, and have had a "good" 50 K from my Michelin MXM's.
I was wondering what's the best tire  for the car now, 3 years later.
 I will be moving to Ft. Myers, FL. area, so snow will be just a memory
for me and the car. The originals have held up well, but notice
age cracks in tread, & along outside rim, so ready to get new ones.
I have 225/55 15" tires, BTW. How much should I expect to spend???
