Re: Squeak in E36 doors, vent flaw?

I had a similar annoying squeak when going over a bump. It took 6
months (3 visits to the dealership under warranty) to get rid of it.
On the first visit the door internals were tightened and lubricated.
The squeak returned in a week and half. On the second visit some 
parts of the window were tightened and more lubrication was added. 
This fix lasted about two weeks. The third visit solved the problem
when the door lock strike was adjusted.
