[bmw] !997 Z3 top leaks

My 1997 Z3 top leaks, sometimes when it rains. It leaks on one or both
sides where the top, windshield and windows meet. It does not matter how
hard it is raining. The car is parked on a level drive way.

It has been in for service; some times they can not reproduce the
problem. Other times they have adjusted the latches and or have replaced
the window seals.

Has anyone else had this problem and how was it solved?
