I know nothing about the RCI part, but the Sparco anatomical neck
collar is a _very_ nice piece of equipment :

IIRC it's an FIA approved collar, so it would also very likely
be legal for most (if not all) US sanctioning bodies.

I've used this collar exclusively since I started wearing one, but
have loaned it to other people who have been impressed enough
